Island Contractors LLC is a design build remodeling company in Kapolei, Oʻahu (Hawaiʻi C-5 License CT-37515) that designs and builds kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels — and builds custom cabinetry in its own Kapolei workshop — for homeowners across Oʻahu.
The people who plan your remodel build it too. You bring the room and the way your family uses it. We bring the layout, the craftsmanship, and one written plan that says who does what before anyone picks up a tool: a licensed plumber for the plumbing, a licensed electrician for the wiring, and us for the cabinetry, carpentry and nonbearing walls.

How much does a home renovation cost on Oʻahu?
Kitchens start at $35,000, bathrooms at $25,000, and bedrooms at $15,000, and each one moves up through three published tiers: Beautiful, Impressive, and Exquisite. The tier sets the materials and how much the layout changes, so you can see what your budget buys before we ever meet. When you're ready, a $250 on-site consultation is credited back to your project on contract.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Island Contractors is insured and holds Hawaiʻi C-5 License CT-37515 for cabinet, millwork, and carpentry remodeling and repairs, including nonbearing wall changes, with Sean R. Warnet as the responsible managing employee. You can check it yourself on the State of Hawaiʻi's public license lookup, and we're glad to walk you through exactly what the license covers before you sign anything.
What areas of Oʻahu do you serve?
All across Oʻahu, including Honolulu, Kapolei, Kailua, Kāneʻohe, ʻEwa Beach, Waipahu, Mililani, Pearl City, and ʻAiea. Every project on the island starts the same way: a conversation, then a written scope. How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the room and the tier. A bathroom is usually the shortest project. A kitchen takes longer because cabinetry, layout changes, licensed trades, and permit timing all play a part, and a whole-home remodel is sequenced room by room so you're never without both a kitchen and a bathroom. Before anything starts, you get a real schedule for your written scope, and if a date moves, you hear it from us first.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and whole-home renovations across Oʻahu, plus bedroom and primary-suite upgrades. We're a design build company, so the same team plans the layout, helps you pick finishes at the showroom, and does the cabinetry, millwork, carpentry, and nonbearing wall work under our C-5 license. Anything outside that is named in your written scope before we start. If a project isn't a fit, we'll tell you up front.
