One whole-home remodel. One plan, one schedule, one team to call.

It's priced room by room through the same three published tiers: Beautiful, Impressive, and Exquisite. A kitchen starts at $35,000, a bathroom at $25,000, and a bedroom at $15,000, and you can pick a different tier for each room. The $250 on-site consultation is credited back to your project on contract, and you see the full written scope and price before you commit to anything.

It depends on how many rooms are in scope. As a guide, a bathroom often runs 7 to 15 days, a primary suite 3 to 4 weeks, and a kitchen several weeks depending on cabinetry, layout, and permit timing. Because everything sits on one schedule, the rooms overlap where they can and you get one written timeline for the whole house, not five separate guesses.

For most remodels you don't need a separate architect. We're a design-build company: layout planning, material selection with designer Jessica at our Kapolei showroom, and the carpentry all come from one team. If your plan calls for an engineer or an architect, for example if a wall might be load-bearing, we say so during planning, and that professional is named in your written scope.

Often, yes, in phases. We seal off each work zone and sequence the rooms so the kitchen and every bathroom are never out of service at the same time. Some full-gut projects are faster and less expensive with the house empty. We tell you which yours is at the consultation, before demolition, so you can plan around it.

It depends on the exact scope. During planning we identify which parts of the work are likely to need a City and County of Honolulu (DPP) permit and put in writing who is responsible for each one. Our C-5 license covers the cabinetry, millwork, carpentry and nonbearing walls; the plumber, electrician and any structural contractor are named in the same scope.
