Do you work on the Windward side?
Yes. Kailua, Kāneʻohe, Enchanted Lake, Maunawili and the neighborhoods around them are a regular part of our week. We plan the Pali commute into the schedule, set real start dates and keep them, and when anything on the plan changes you get a call or an email, so you're never guessing where the job stands. If you'd rather start with a showroom visit, we're in Kapolei, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
How do you handle Kailua's coastal humidity and salt air?
We build the bathroom as if the salt air is coming for it, because it is. Every bath gets a sealed waterproofing membrane and mold-resistant backer board behind the tile, plus fixtures and finishes chosen to shrug off corrosion, in every tier, not sold as an upgrade. Ventilation is part of the design, not an afterthought.
What does a Kailua bathroom remodel cost?
Bathrooms start at $25,000 for the Beautiful tier, $35,000 for Impressive and $45,000 and up for Exquisite. In an older beach home, the walls sometimes hide moisture problems the tile was covering up, so we look carefully before we price and put anything we find in your written scope, never in a surprise change order.
