Meet the founder
Meet Sean Warnet, the person behind Island Contractors.
Sean is the founder, principal, and responsible managing employee of Island Contractors LLC — a Kapolei-based remodeling company serving homeowners across Oʻahu.

A hands-on local business
Service shaped by the Marine Corps and Hawaiian Electric.
Before leading Island Contractors, Sean served in the United States Marine Corps and worked at Hawaiian Electric. He brings that practical, systems-minded background to the way the company plans jobs, communicates changes, and follows through.
For Sean, trust is built in the ordinary moments: listening before drawing a plan, explaining what a license does and does not cover, putting responsibilities in writing, respecting the home, and being reachable when a homeowner has a question.
- Clearly defined license. Hawaiʻi C-5 license CT-37515 covers cabinet, millwork, and carpentry remodeling and repairs — not load-bearing work.
- Homeowner feedback you can read. Published client reviews describe Sean as a listener, clear communicator, and creative problem solver.
- Kapolei-based. Serving Honolulu, Kapolei, Kailua, Kāneʻohe, ʻEwa Beach, Waipahu, Mililani, Pearl City, and ʻAiea, with broader service across Oʻahu.
