Questions, answered
Pricing questions, answered
Why do you publish your prices when other contractors won't?
Because honest pricing builds trust and saves everyone time. Our three tiers — Beautiful, Impressive, Exquisite — apply consistently to every room, so you know where each dollar goes before the first conversation.
Is the on-site consultation free?
The on-site structural consultation is $250, and it's credited back to your project on contract. It buys you a licensed professional's real assessment, not a sales pitch.
What can change the final price?
Structural discoveries behind the walls — dated wiring, failed plumbing, or moisture damage common in older Oʻahu homes. We scope these honestly up front rather than surprising you with change orders.
Can I mix tiers between rooms?
Yes. The materials matrix lets you choose a different level for each category and each room, so your budget lands exactly where it matters most to you.

Let’s make sure we’re the right fit.
