Why do you publish your prices when other contractors won't?
Because honest pricing builds trust and saves everyone time. Our three tiers — Beautiful, Impressive, Exquisite — apply consistently to every room, so you know where each dollar goes before the first conversation.
Is the on-site consultation free?
The on-site project-planning consultation is $250, and it's credited back to your project on contract. It gives us time to understand the space, priorities, and likely scope before pricing.
What can change the final price?
Hidden conditions behind walls — such as dated wiring, failed plumbing, moisture damage, or termite damage — can change the scope. The contract should explain how discoveries and change orders will be documented before additional work proceeds.
Can I mix tiers between rooms?
Yes. The materials matrix lets you choose a different level for each category and each room, so your budget lands exactly where it matters most to you.
