On a terraced lot, access and material movement get planned, not improvised.

How do you handle ʻAiea's hillside lots and humidity?
The lot first, then the walls. On a terraced lot above Pearl Harbor we plan how materials get in and debris gets out before demo, so the job doesn't spill onto your neighbors' driveways. Inside, Leeward humidity has usually been at the bathroom for decades, so the wet areas get a sealed waterproofing membrane, mold-resistant backer board and a plan for ventilation that actually works.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost in ʻAiea?
Kitchens start at $35,000, bathrooms at $25,000 and bedrooms at $15,000, each across three tiers with the full pricing matrix online.
