Who handles the permits for a Mililani renovation?
It's settled in writing before you sign. Cabinetry, millwork and carpentry, including nonbearing partition changes, are within our C-5 license. Plumbing is done and permitted by a licensed plumber, wiring by a licensed electrician, and anything structural by the contractor licensed for that work. Your written scope says who does what and who is responsible for each permit. If a wall turns out to carry load, you'll hear it from us before demo, not after.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Mililani?
