Yes. Our design showroom is at 2045 Lauwiliwili St, Unit 1606, Kapolei, open Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Come in and put your hands on the cabinet doors, the quartz samples and the tile. Jessica, our designer, will help you compare finishes and picture the space before anything is priced. It's the easiest way to get a clear idea of what you want and what it costs.
Do you renovate newer Kapolei tract homes?
Yes. Homes in Mehana, Kapolei Knolls and ʻEwa Gentry are solid; they just came with stock cabinets, a small bath and a kitchen closed off from the family room. We open up the kitchen, install selected cabinets and rebuild the bath, without the cost of a full rebuild. The tier and price for each room go in your written scope before we start, so you know what you're getting into.
How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost in Kapolei?
Kitchens start at $35,000 and bathrooms at $25,000, in three tiers: Beautiful, Impressive and Exquisite. You'll see the tier and the price in your written scope before any work starts, and the pricing matrix online shows what each tier includes. Because the showroom is right here in Kapolei, it's easy to come back and adjust a finish or two before you commit. A $250 on-site consultation is credited back on contract.
