On the sloped lots, how materials get in and out is planned before day one, not figured out on the driveway.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost in Pearl City?
Kitchens start at $35,000 and bathrooms at $25,000, across three tiers: Beautiful, Impressive and Exquisite. The full pricing matrix online shows exactly what each tier includes, and your written scope shows the tier and price before any work starts, so there are no hidden fees. Older Pearl City baths sometimes hide moisture behind the tile; if yours does, you'll see it in the scope, not in a change order. The $250 on-site consultation is credited back on contract.
What about permits and the sloped lots in Pearl City?
Both get planned before day one. On a hillside lot we walk the site, figure out how cabinets and tile get in and debris gets out, and write it into the schedule. On permits: cabinetry, millwork and carpentry, including nonbearing partitions, are within our C-5 license. Plumbing is done and permitted by a licensed plumber, electrical by a licensed electrician, and structural work by the contractor licensed for it, all named in your written scope before you sign.
